ok so 1. gym is open, going regularly, fine 2. back to tracking macros, I have gotten sloppy. no more pasta. 3. jogging in our newly dangerous neighborhood after work 4. walks with wife might replace (3) with walking under load. could put a 40lb bag of litter in a frame pack

I put on a lot of pounds this year but no one can prove which of these pounds are covid and which are standard pregnancy. For sure none of these are muscle, this I can be certain

one of the things I've been doing to make cardio less tedious was investing in a VR headset playing a boxing game Shit is exhausting to the tune of 800 kCals in about an hour as per my fitbit

wait wait Flailing your arms against no resistance is 800 kCals/hr? And you can do it in a video game? I need to get some of that
