That’s such a vacuous statement- this notion that there exists a singular ‘objective’ science that is universally believed and held to be true is absurd. Mainstream ‘science’ is more often than not highly politicized, prone to inaccuracies/misunderstanding by the layman.

As t-> inf, sure. On any finite time interval... no. Science is constantly changing, evolving, etc. It’s mainly people unfamiliar with actual science that make claims such as “I believe science” in absolute terms.

Exactly... *evolved* is the keyword. Aristotelian physics was replaced by Newtonian physics , which will in turn be replaced with Quantum etc etc etc. It’s s a never-ending trend *towards* accuracy, but it doesn’t guarantee that the science at any particular time is accurate.
