There is a lot of bias in who gets autism diagnoses (white boys basically) so not sure that would work

No in the sense that they actually get diagnoses. E.g. it often expresses differently in girls but all the textbooks refer to symptoms you more typically see in boys & there are fewer resources to help struggling kids in poorer schools & stigma is high in some ethnicities

I almost want to argue that autism has become a term that psychologists use to describe men who are comfortable presenting as men, and women who are comfortable presenting as women. I understand how that could be seen as offensive though
