trying to think of what bad scenarios would be like idk mass protests or militias spin out of control doesn't feel like cities are in any good position to stop that mayors all have party affiliations cops are worn down

yeah it may be an NE urban thing since the cities are older(?) here - but at least here there are a lot of enclaves of socio-political identities that the city as a whole has moved past
