Our police wear holsters that only allow drawing *very* straight, angled slightly to the front, practically impossible to pull with any speed when you’re not the carrier / intended user. Just to balance with a good idea.

I guess you’re more the shoulder beneath a sports coat kinda guy, also very safe, plus visually elegant.

I don't carry right now but I have thought about this in detail :) Probably shoulder if I'm in a car, hip OWB if walking. Draw speed seems important, also my jackets are long enough to conceal hip anyway

Shoulder in the car is probably hard to be quick under the seatbelt if you have a coat on seated, and might make interactions with your nutty police yet more dangerous when it’s open, no?

Oh . . . hmmm. Yes. Need to think about that. Advantage would be draw arc starting at the driver window, but jacket is uncomfortable in the car and seat belt is an issue. Hm.

Police interaction also dicey although realistically if I were concerned enough to be carrying in the car police would be the least of my worries
