I read that post, and immediately bought a co2 meter which I keep in my bedroom. Not only did I notice no improvement when I opened a window, the c02 measurement barely changed.

We kept some plants in our room for a while and they blew up. Sleep hygiene is complicated, though (blue lights, co2, noise pollution, etc)
