Nothing in scripture aside from the simultaneously low and high bar that *everything* must be done out of love for God and one's neighbor. If you can clone a human without sinning, and out of love for God and your neighbor, it's fine.

More granularly...the problem with human cloning is that any success will almost certainly follow the deaths of millions of human embryos.
