    As a corollary, if you're getting rid of people who would have flaked on NYC anyway, the people who remain are likely to be a pretty hardy lot, which could help with the city's resiliency in 2021 and beyond.

        IYI Silvey-boy says "resiliency" without understanding the compounding effect. He knows income is fat tailed (see my note on EVT). The mean taxpayer is in the 99th income percentile. Idiot or bullshitter? "resiliency" only works when stresses are linear. Gabish?
