Pre-COVID, I always wore a suit to customer meetings. You have to be very careful, especially in places like Austin or Silicon Valley. They can get very offended by people wearing suits.

I prefer to wear a suit. I always thought it showed a certain level of respect for the customer. I think people have made a virtue of dressing down to show how successful they can be without caring.

I usually wear a tweed sport coat and dark raw denim, weather permitting Formal for seattle, but easy to ratchet down by simply taking my jacket off Good for concealed carry if I end up doing that regularly
