Most thermostats have a setting to leave the fan running even when the boiler/AC isn't active, if you're worried about insufficient ventilation.

This is an excellent way to culture mold in climates with any amount of humidity. Do not do this. Moving warm air over wet AC coils gets you wet warm air.
