I didn't want to go to college. My parents told me to go, my extended family told me to go, my pastor told me to go, my teachers and coaches told me to go. I was raised to respect my elders. Maybe that makes me a dupe. So I went. It sure as shit didn't work out.

I'm not trying to whiney or anything. I'm just saying, loads of people are getting rotten advice that they believe they *have* to take for one reason or another. Until they learn better after it's too late.
