this is actually interesting what if eventually people learn that grad school is a fucking awful deal with no job prospects then they stop going then schools get even more fucked without a supply of TAs and postdocs willing to work for peanuts hmmmmmmmmmm

So I am a confused little zoomer, but based off your and other people’s experience say I’m just starting the undergrad. With the wealth of knowledge at my disposal I can build a path to *somewhere* How much do networking, patrons and contacts matter as opposed to ur merit.
