If this did work out, I wonder to what degree self-identified "unwoke" employees are less likely to cause labour trouble and the like? In general it seems like companies might want to preferentially hire "unwoke", and employees might then want to signal that to companies.

I think at small scale something like this is more likely to select for troublemakers than against them, because you have to have a bit of an oppositional mindset to put your name in the unwoke hat.
