Is it OK if I merely fail to object to the weekly 2-hour-long CEO-led struggle sessions and "Allyship classes" while doing the job you theoretically hired and pay me to do or do I actually need to participate?

Let's just adopt corporate anthems, an idea whose time has come. Not only could they inform us of the company culture in a more effective manner than mission statements, they could help us in thinking how to _feel_.

Note, opacity isn't always evil. Point of opaque laws is to force people to internalize their spirit rather than game their letter.
@Aelkus has talked about this wrt moderation. Also, eg, people have argued that tax law should be vaguer so it's harder for rich people to evade.
