Why is choice 2 "Not human" rather than "Not sentient"? IMO, an AI can't be sentient but might be non-human, and thus conceivable capable of sin.

If it *was* possible, I would say the act of creating it would be a sin, but from that point on the AI is a person, as is every AI that AI creates. The Prudential thing is to assume all person's have souls and ate capable of sin.
