Even just the last few seconds of the video make it obvious he did nothing wrong. He slowed down at the barricade, was getting mobbed, got out to defend himself. Totally reasonable UoF in my eyes.

I'd defend it although it also seems like getting out of the car in the situation was a terrible choice Wonder what would cause someone to do that. Panic?

Not shown in the video before the turn but there's an often-busy crosswalk there, right turn may have seemed better for egress if people were chasing him and the street was occupied

its weird that it's been a few days and there hasn't been super great reporting about what starting the confrontation. why were ppl chasing him?

as usual no one knows anything and no one cares about asking questions when its not convenient for a narrative this seems inconvenient for both of the main ones so (would be my guess by monocausality etc)
