Anyone got a Econ stats course to recommend?

I can code using R because of Archaeology. I did economic in high school and did very well in it but nothing since then. My aim is to get a good strong foundation in Econ stats

It's a bit tricky. If you want to get into micrometrics, probably could pick up Mostly Harmless Econometrics; very straightforward introduction to the dominant paradigm microeconometrics uses today. Macroeconomics is sort of a hash. Hayashi text is good, but more challenging.
