Isn't the reason regulations r easily bypassed because most wouldn't be constitutional if they were any stronger? that's my impression. if govt required gun mfr'rs to nerf products in permanent way, the laws would get tossed. so instead they just force them to annoy customers.

In Maryland, you can possess but not buy or sell magazines over 10 rounds. So you just buy/have them shipped to the nearest state and go pick them up. Perfectly legal.
