Yes, multiple things. A lot of businesses survive in HK mainly because it is treated as autonomous. Same for trade and travel related issues. The finance sector will be hit for sure.

PNW (esp Vancouver) has a very large number of families who moved from HKG soon after the British exit in 1997. Always wondered why that was the case, but now it is evident that they did the smart thing. They could see what was coming.
