things i suspect because I just listened to a history of the reformation i) history is not over and in ways none of us can even imagine sober ii) atheism is probably best seen as a western christian heretical sect (and thats fine)

as I understand it, "assume the author has made their True Point a subtle subtext because they dare not write it explicitly" and read for that it also seems to be a game among rata/postrats(?) of digging up plausible subtexts to texts that may have never had any

here, I'm winking at "actually atheists behave like christian heretics" as implying something hinted about atheists (protestant work ethic? idk) rather than literally "they believe in god but are doing it wrong"

i mean that most atheists are today just branched out of a very old and complex tradition of ideas thats at its core and in some basic assumptions christian
