TIL if your sedentary for three months maybe going on about a short walk once a month, deciding to go on a run just in case your cardio system is collapsing will be much less successful than its been in the past when you were walking a few miles daily and hitting legs 2-3x weekly

According to The Google you should replace at ~300 miles so maybe not.
Are you using actual running shoes or like, well-these-killshots-are-technically-nikes-so-it-counts shoes. Cos I was definitely doing the latter. -
