anyone have opinions on how safe ordering takeout is? i think washing hands + putting it in the oven on 170F for 30m (same as the N95 mask protocol) should be fine, might slightly overcook some stuff? i really really want some goddamn takeout

coronaviruses are fragile, I would assume cooking kills it, though of course that doesn't totally solve the problem.

digestive system's probably pretty hostile too I would think smear from packaging is the biggest risk rather than the food itself

It does appear to be spread mostly by inhalation, with mouth breathing the worst. I suppose you could take a bite of contaminated...idk, salad, and then inhale through the mouth. But touching the clamshell container and then rubbing one's eyeballs would seem a bigger risk
