anyone have opinions on how safe ordering takeout is? i think washing hands + putting it in the oven on 170F for 30m (same as the N95 mask protocol) should be fine, might slightly overcook some stuff? i really really want some goddamn takeout

I've been giving drivers huge tips too. Model is that they're working because they made a risk/payoff calculation and by getting them work I'm just increasing the payoff side But also yes

Not the food itself but the packaging could be, the virus can remain on cardboard for up to 72 hours

What's your reasoning for food not being a major vector?

Food doesn't cough

food might be *the* vector. Aerosols seem like fake news - NYC would be much much worse if they weren't. Food service workers were a major vector in diamond princess. If you treat delivered food like a contaminated mask you're probably fine though.

I’m taking this risk too. Not the most responsible but also not extremely risky for now.
