I love being a dude it's true I've tried to think about what it would be like being a woman but the more I (think?) I understand femininity the happier I am in my state Testosterone I guess

@selentelechia speak to this from her perspective, but I think in particular settling down has at least from my side led to me being a bit more gender-specialized (and maybe her, too) It's nice being a Husband rather than just a Spouse (so tspeak), and . . . -
both of us seem to really enjoy playing out the slightly gendered aspects of a relationship in addition to the neuter bits.

yeah for sure! i’d be interested to hear what sorts of roles these are for you. of course i’m not sure if they are specific to maleness or being a man vs generally or typically masculine, as well

Oh yes that was kind of non-specific. Some masculine-leaning social roles: 1. generating and managing wealth/income/logistics to support others 2. supporting and alleviating fears, anxieties, etc 3. lifting heavy things and doing gross chores and deporting spiders
