Things that seem to help me a lot: 1. Set alarm to 6AM 2. Do exercise 3. Switch to the Incredibly Virtuous Diet which cuts out carbs and dairy and a bunch of other delicious things. I hate that this works. I'm glad I have something that works but I hate that it's this.

I've not done any proper sleep studies (done a basic check for sleep apnea but that's it) but I think at this point sleep isn't really my problem. I get a mostly OK amount of sleep, and if I could quit the caffeine without being massively depressed it would even be OK quality.
