Things that seem to help me a lot: 1. Set alarm to 6AM 2. Do exercise 3. Switch to the Incredibly Virtuous Diet which cuts out carbs and dairy and a bunch of other delicious things. I hate that this works. I'm glad I have something that works but I hate that it's this.
Do you have a sun lamp? I find they help a lot in the morning (although nearly multicolinear with moda so caveat emptor)

Could try a sleep study if you've got good coverage, but at least on a first pass 500mcg melatonin before bed and 20-30m sunlamp on waking seems to help me a lot and was the baseline rec from my specialist
