Looks like they tested 10 different foods for change in mortality to 3 different chronic diseases, across 4 different types of demographics (2 sexes, 6 age groups, 3 education levels, 4 races) . If I'm counting right, that's 4320 chances to get a positive result. Impressive!

And yes, they were using 95% confidence intervals. I didn't want to dig through their results to see if it was much different than ~216 positive results (as would be expected), but I don't think I'd trust any of the results either way.
