today! managed: main squat 3×5 @ 235 bench 3×5 @ 160 pendlays 15 @ 185 aux dips 2×8 @ +25 pullups 2×8 week 2 of working back from months of garbage lifting hoping I can stay consistent never got back in the swing after fucking up my knee last may :(

Leg press at as much ROM as you can avoid pain with. Seriously, I had pain until I got my incline press up above 640.

it's not hurting anymore sometimes I get this slight /twinge/ really love my squats tho going to try to keep those going as long as I can just reeeeeeal carefully
