Got my sleep study results Apparently I am an incredibly Efficient sleeper Apparently that's bad somehow Apparently given my stimulant load that's a potential sign of "hypersomnia" or "idiopathic narcolepsy"

Other tidbits: I do have sleep-disrupting breathing events somewhat below threshold for sleep apnea (and my blood remains nicely oxygenated throughout) but it does generate a cortical response that fucks up my sleep quality

And apparently I do the thing where I get burly N3 sleep throughout the night rather than getting it out of the way in the first half Guess one can fix this with melatonin 3h before bed and a sun lamp in the morning
