more of that in the linked thread she really believes that 1) men have an obligation to be better if they want better wives and 2) now that women want to be equals, men have a *cultural* obligation to be better

more personally, both eigen and my last ex improved my life a lot in various ways I think there's a feedback loop here -- date better people, become better, get access to better people
