Things are complicated by starting nicotine withdrawal roughly simultaneously with my comedown from an MDMA trip, the latter of which I understand to be pretty brutal sometimes. (I took precautions and countermeasures but even so)

Unsure what I want to do with this knowledge going forward. May resume using nicotine when I head homeward later today, but my hunch is long term I want to stop. Possibly in solidarity with
@selentelechia next year. (Although two simultaneous withdrawal cases--yikes)1 reply 0 retweets 14 likesShow this thread -
OverallI think: 1. My thoughts have generally been cleaner and more organized, at the cost of some creativity 2. They've also felt more cramped and less expansive--like there's a literal vise around my brain. Expect this part is the nicotine withdrawal or mdma hangover.

3. I've definitely been crankier and I don't like that one bit. Empirically speaking this is massively overdetermined (withdrawal, MDMA hangover, family visit, no THC use) but it's my least favorite outcome and I need to dissect this further.

4. Overall aims: a. Generally, reduce set of commonly used drugs (current: caffeine, nicotine, moda, thc) to minimum necessary for . . . b. Sustainable function at work c. Congeniality (if this is actually an issue???)
