I find that melatonin does basically nothing at all. It's primary effect is to produce a very brief window of drowsiness that can help you fall asleep if you were already going to. Doesn't really take the edge off of stimulants. I've been using Valerian and Lavender for that.

5HTP ought to help get your serotonin back on track after getting depleted after MDMA and some people swear by it but I never noticed it doing much of anything for me. Magnesium seems to help with the worst of the hangover symptoms and is my top recommendation.
