OverallI think: 1. My thoughts have generally been cleaner and more organized, at the cost of some creativity 2. They've also felt more cramped and less expansive--like there's a literal vise around my brain. Expect this part is the nicotine withdrawal or mdma hangover.

3. I've definitely been crankier and I don't like that one bit. Empirically speaking this is massively overdetermined (withdrawal, MDMA hangover, family visit, no THC use) but it's my least favorite outcome and I need to dissect this further.

5. Psychedelics and related are probably not an issue--I rarely use these and always with risk management protocols. Hmmm. Ok this cleared some things up for me. Good talk robot.

MDMA hangovers really suck and I haven't found any supplements that is meaningfully effective. Best I've got is to front load a bunch of bio-available magnesium and make sure you don't take much (those boosters are tempting though...)

Oh interesting. I took a normal dose (maybe insufficient?) of melatonin night before, and plenty of 5HTP that night and the next three. It hasn't been brutal just a Bit of something
