Suppose a technology existed that let one control the homo/heterosexuality of a person by acting on a fetus in utero. Would you use this technology?

oof this one's tough, since society mostly rahs good and boos bad, we might end up selecting for susceptibility to memes. i think im gonna hope bad-reducer works mostly thru modulating aggression and impulse control and call it a day

Selecting solely for genes that may be beneficial in the current society may not be a good strategy on the long term, when there might be other selective pressures in the future.

We already have a bunch of annoying genes that stick around only because they were beneficial in ancestral societies. Even if everyone uses that tech and regrets it a few generations later, they would still be able to go against their base instincts just like we do now.
