if you chose an option other than (A) on the second poll, mind explaining your reasoning? I can imagine several explanations and I'm curious how they gel with contemporary accounts of transgender Like, seems easily compatible with the Blanchard model but not with dysphoria?

Let's do a third round. Same thing, but for Down syndrome. Hypothetical treatment detects presence or absence of trisomy-21 and either removes it or generates it in autosomes. No chance of side effects; no risks.
