Suppose a technology existed that let one control the homo/heterosexuality of a person by acting on a fetus in utero. Would you use this technology?

ok I don't wanna rehash the entirety of the Wittgensteinian corpus, but my point can be that "inclination" as you here imagine is far too vague & elusive to be the kind of thing which we can subject to "control" *dismissive finger quoting*

cf. B. Russell's take that for A to "control" B, the knowable state of A needs to predict the state of B. and here I think both A (fetus) & B (adult human with presumable agency) fail the knowability test You'd have to reduce to states of subsystems, etc.
