anyway the correct answer is that anti-trust is good but should also apply to labor the rule for firms is that combinations have to have real economic synergy, not just market power. do the same to unions

What we definitely don't have are easily accessible worker's unions for all professions. I love the idea that there could be three I could choose to represent me rather than zero.

What about professions that should die? Like *all* professions? How do we get rid of them when there's a (quasi-accountable) power structure committed to the perpetuation of a profession that is the rationale for its further parasitism?
