your landlord didn't really seem bothered by it, which suprised me the most. but what I meant was a central heating/boiler setup, then you can shower in hot water heated by your GPU's basically water cooling your rig with a giant reservoir inb4 "Now we're cooking with hash"

oh! but this one is rather easy, you should get yourself some heating radiators (car radiators work too I guess, but iirc they depend on movement), you then run your water through the radiators slowly and it should do the work. this is a very common heating system in NL
