I think the Church criteria for differentiating G2 and G3 aren't great, and exist mostly so he can call himself G2 As a freelancer you have considerable autonomy, and can fire *clients* which is comparable

also, I'd suggest that a scale (logorithmic ?) of how long one can go without income is important idle rich = lifetime very well off = 1-2 years decently well off = 6 months ?? = 1 month paycheck-to-paycheck = 0 folks with a successful startup exit get many points here

the point is not the dollars themselves, because dollars are vulgar, but the freedom and autonomy the dollars buy someone who goes to France for six months to write is obviously flexing gentry points
