Surprisingly hard to get reliable info, but I think this is accurateish: “Very active people normally have resting heart rate between 40-60, professional athletes sometimes 30-40, normal people 60-80. Everything above 100 is way too high”

There’s a pretty decent likelihood that it’s just sampling bias. You’re not going to get a fully representative sample from followers of a robot

It seems its the opposite, which make sense to me tbh. People w/ low hr are more athletic, and people who are more athletic are more likely to have a higher self esteem because they test themselves every day
