generally speaking and yes I realize my hypocrisy in this statement my hunch is that people focus far too much on judgment and far too little on perception

ok, so I have a theory that the P/J bit can be flipped and that this can be induced with the appropriate use of phytochemicals (for fast but unstable results) or contemplative practice (for slower but more stable results)

multimodal framework INTPJ -> INTP INTP -> INFP INFP -> ENFP consider this a state machine of some kind, and it has transitions with specific activation energy under the right conditions

that's about as far as I've gone with it so far. the transition back to resting state is ENFP -> INTP, and it feels like a bonfire burning itself down to embers. Probably healthy in the long run but not an especially pleasant feeling.

probably the unpleasantness of the step down is due to flipping two bits at once (E -> I and F -> T) and it should be broken down to ENFP -> ENTP ENTP -> INTP for smoother process

and then you have to go back to
$dayjob and earn moneyz for feed face and pay rent so eventually you're obligated to get back into INTJ (if computer nerd job, anyway) and just deal with that highly functional, economically rewarded, but kinda shitty interpersonally state1 reply 0 retweets 4 likes -

well it's not without deleterious side effects in any case, and the feeling I sometimes have of leading a double life are more or less the fallout from the dissonance between
$dayjob life and the bit-flipping contemplative practices1 reply 0 retweets 3 likes
hmm I need to think about this wonder if being able to deliberately swap states is an important skill

I'm leaning on yes, but still exploring the framework NB: Meyers-Briggs is not actually a good model of mind but it's memetic power level is high so it makes it easier to talk about it. A good shortcut only, everything under the hood is a lot messier and more complex.
