also mildly curious was Mexico's citizenry generally armed before this happened? seems like it might be harder to run this kind of takeover in most parts of the US? (speculative)

this is a trick question because as we all know drug cartels could be destroyed overnight by decriminalizing Drug's POOF every other Plan for whatever bullshit is useless
