yeah I misspoke by data I meant all their papers about "we did a super sophisticated nonparametric regression thing and p<.05" or whatever some of the (limited) shit I've seen feels like--well, imagine if a duke physics prof started pumping perpetual motion

Richard Feynman once said all science is either physics or stamp collecting Scientists should go back to collecting stamps. Categorize stuff. Business profs publish dumb papers on, like, HR best practices. They should just categorize HR practices before deciding which is best.
