How much different would society be if sex ratios at birth were heavily skewed (say at least 2:1) in one direction or the other?

hmmmmn. obvs gender is constructed but how it is constructed differs based on circumstance no? if a society typically conforms to a certain sex ratio, probably will affect how gender is constructed within that society?
