Well in the sense that it can produce the most overall good for the economy? I kinda feel as though, as with most things, it probably could be enacted in a positive manner with the proper safeguards to incentivize growth; but that IRL this wouldn't happen, so it's no good.(?)

(Assume that statement I just made was as vacuous as it sounds though. I really don't 'know' what that means afaict. Knowing your background I thought maybe you had a ready-made answer for that question. Is it plausible? I suppose that's my main question. Thanks.)
