Waxing balls is not the same skill set as waxing vulva. If someone says they’ll wax both balls and vulva but not if the balls are a woman’s, that’s a problem. If you don’t advertise as willing to wax balls, you can’t be expected to have that skill set or willingness.

So like, I agree with her that it’s discrimination if someone says they’ll wax both balls and women’s genitals, but not a woman’s balls.

I think unless you apply a blanket "people may associate however they like" standard you pretty quickly get to "people may not refuse people who adhere to norms" And then you can find out what norms are by who may be refused
