kind of uh concerned about the likelihood of a giant west coast earthquake were the things over the last few days just precursors does that happen

good thing I spend more time in my brand new earthquake resistant office building than I do in my fifty(?) year old apartment complex with sloping floors built onto the side of a steep hill

mud/debris flows typically caused by volcanic eruptions Seattle is at risk of getting hit by lahars coming off mt rainier, could easily be triggered by an earthquake

Think only Tacoma is really at risk IIRC Seattle proper just gets a nice heap of ash
