Knee something Doc thought it was probably just soft tissue on a first pass and x-rays didn't pick up anything but that was a month ago, he thought an outside chance of something patellar maybe Gotta follow up

You can. Do you do RDL's as well as regular deadlifts? You can do it everyday if you go submaximal effort and feel it out properly.
