they fuck everything up. they’re terrible at healthcare legislation, & miss many nuances, causing new problems with every solution. does that mean, then, that it would be better if health sector companies regulated themselves? -
my reasoning is based on motives. a private company has zero motive to protect consumers over making more money, & act in that interest. a gov’t, at least, is under the rule of our votes(sort of. more so than a corporation anyway).
