I highly doubt it. PR firms aren't creating account names like "obvious_shill" — I'm sure that kind of incompetence goes on, but I'm also sure it's not the sum of Wikipedia astroturfing efforts

I bet that firms that specialize in this kind of thing use VPNs or other methods basically I think any analysis attempt will have tons of false negatives
